In this scenario, we will be using the database - Asset List.

Step 1: Go to Database and click on the database that you want to edit

Step 2: Click on Action button on the top right corner for the dropdown list and click on Manage Access

Step 3: To add User or Team to the database

Click on Invite User/Team button on the top right corner
Add User or Team by the name and select the appropriate access level to be given

Step 4: Users and Teams are all added to the database
