You can view and edit the respective permission levels from the Permission and Teams Settings function, here's the steps to access the permission level:

 

Step 1: Click on the Permission and Teams Settings function at the left navigation panel 

Step 2: Click on the tab Permission Levels

Step 3: Click on the Edit icon to view or edit the access rights of the permission levels. 

For every new account created, the available default Permission Levels and the rights given are as per following:

 

User -  This permission level allow User or Team to submit new entry and the ability to see all submission for that particular process or database. 

 

Full Control - This is a system default permission and cannot be edited. It is usually for the creator or administrator of the account. The permissions level includes extensive control of all processes, databases and Admin/General Permissions settings. For Team or user  with Full Control permission levels overwrite all access level given under respective processes or databases. 

 

Can Edit - This permission level allow User or Team to create, edit processes or databases and the ability to see all submission as well as Manage Access for that particular process or database. User will not be allow to submit entry.

 

Can View - This permission level allow User or Team to view the submission details for that particular process or database only.

 

Can Submit - This permission level allow User or Team to submit new entry for that particular process or database only.

 

 

Other than the permission level of Full Control, the administrator can make changes to the access rights of any permission levels. The administrator can create new permission levels too.
