Step 1: Set up a new database
Go to Databases Management
Under Current Database - Click “Create New”
A new Database will open
Step 2: Insert Database Details
Key in the Database name
Click “Next”
Step 3: Edit or Format the Database
Click on “Edit Fields”
Choose the required fields (example: Text; Email; Number and etc)
Click on the “Settings” button
Edit the information (example: Label Name; Dropdown Options and etc)
Click on “Save”
Step 4: Update Database
Click on “New Record”
Fill up the information into its respective fields
Click on “Save”
Step 5: Your new record is added to the database!
