Similar to Conditions, User Conditions are also if-this-then-that rules determining which path a workflow should take.
However, the rules here are based on user information recorded in Forma, not form fields.
Take a look at the example below.
1. Double-click User Conditions plugin
You will see this popup for you to set user conditions. In the first dropdown, you are to select a user attribute.
These attributes are taken from the database fields that you created for user database as shown. You can edit the fields by proceeding to Database —> User Database —> Edit Fields.
2. Set User Conditions and connect to workflow
Here's how you can set your user condition:
The way to connect the User Conditions plug-in is the same as Conditions plug-in. The right purple connector stands for true; the left purple connector stands for false.
